Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. HERREIGN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages HERREIGN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HERREIGN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
